“For the moments
you didn’t plan.”
The ones no one orchestrated. The glance between parents. The quiet before the ceremony. We notice what others walk past.
What We Create
The Experience
Tell us your story. Every project begins with a real conversation — not a form. We listen before we create.
We understand the mood, the people and the moments that matter most. Then we build a quiet plan around them.
We photograph naturally and intentionally. Invisible when we need to be. Present when it counts.
You receive a body of work that takes you back. Not just to the day — to how it felt.
The Studio
Antara was born from a belief that photographs should feel like memory — not documentation. Founded in Bengaluru, the studio has spent nearly a decade refining a way of working that is quiet, attentive and deeply personal. We don’t ask people to pose. We wait for the truth to appear, and we catch it.
We work with a small team of photographers and filmmakers who share the same philosophy. Every project is handled with full creative attention. Every story is treated as if it were our own.

Why Antara
Real moments over directed poses. The most powerful images are the ones where nothing was arranged.
Every frame has a reason. We don’t spray and hope. We see something first, then photograph it.
Images built to outlive every trend. The light we choose, the tones we preserve — all designed to look right ten years from now.
We notice what others walk past. The glance between parents. The child at the edge of the frame. The quiet before the ceremony begins.

We’ve photographed many ceremonies. But the fifteen minutes before one begins — that’s when the real photographs happen.

There is a difference between a photograph taken and a photograph found. This is why we don’t ask people to smile.

Before the city accelerates, there is an hour of extraordinary light. We went out to find it. We found something else entirely.

Questions
For weddings, we recommend reaching out at least four to eight months in advance. Popular dates fill quickly. Pre-wedding shoots, portraits and smaller projects can often be arranged with shorter notice — get in touch and we’ll see what works.
Absolutely. We photograph across Karnataka regularly — Coorg, Mysuru, Hassan, Hampi and beyond. We also travel nationally and internationally for destination weddings and pre-wedding shoots. Travel is accommodated within the project proposal.
Yes. Cinematic wedding films are a core part of what we do. We offer short films, full-length films, same-day edits and reels, depending on your needs. We can create a photography and film package together.
Team size depends on the scale of the event. Intimate ceremonies typically have one or two photographers. Multi-day weddings include a larger crew. Every team member is trained in the same visual approach — the look remains consistent throughout.
Edited photographs are typically delivered within six to eight weeks. Films take eight to twelve weeks. We don’t rush the edit — careful post-processing is part of how we work. Timeline previews can be shared earlier for immediate needs.
Absolutely, and we love them. Some of the most emotionally resonant work we’ve done has been at smaller, more intimate celebrations. A smaller guest count often means more access, more candid moments and a quieter, richer story to tell.
Yes. We don’t believe in rigid packages. Every project is quoted individually based on what you actually need — coverage hours, team size, add-ons like albums, films or extra sessions. We build something that fits your story.
Tell us what you’re imagining. We’ll tell you how we’d see it.
